AntonioPaez.net (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI solutions arquitecture services. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights.

1. Data we access via Google APIs

Depending on what you authorize, our App may access:

• Gmail: message metadata and, if you grant content scopes, message bodies and attachments.
• Google Drive: file metadata and, if you grant content scopes, file contents.
• Google Docs: document metadata and, if you grant content scopes, document contents.

We only request the minimum scopes needed for the features you use.

2. How we use your data

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve user-facing features within AntonioPaez.net, such as:

• Send reports via email — requires email send permission (e.g., sending weekly analytics reports, notification alerts)
• Process email attachments — requires email read permission (e.g., scanning PDFs, analyzing spreadsheets)
• Email notifications — requires email send permission (e.g., task completion alerts, system status updates)

We do not sell your data, use it for targeted advertising, or build profiles unrelated to the App’s features.

3. Google’s Limited Use & policy compliance

If our App uses Gmail or other restricted/sensitive scopes, we comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We limit data use to user-facing features, do not transfer data except as necessary to provide the App, do not use the data for ads, and maintain appropriate security controls.

4. Data storage & retention

• Storage: Encrypted at rest in Hostinger servers.
• Retention: We keep data only as long as needed for the relevant feature(s) or as required by law. You can request deletion (see §7).

5. Data sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us operate the App, under confidentiality and security obligations; to comply with law; or at your direction. We do not sell personal information.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., HTTPS, encryption at rest, access controls, logging). While no method is 100% secure, we continually improve our protections.

7. Your choices & rights

• Revoke access: You can revoke our access in your Google Account (Security → Third-party access).
• Delete your data: Email [email protected] with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
• Access/Correction: Contact us to access or correct your information.

8. International data transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we take appropriate measures to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

AntonioPaez.net is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request deletion.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates with a new Effective date above. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when appropriate.
